The Palam Observatory near the Indira Gandhi International Airport reported visibility levels plunging to zero meters by 5 am. In response, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued advisory warnings, urging people to avoid unnecessary travel and exercise caution while driving in these challenging weather conditions.
