Threpsi Care LLP, an entity of private equity firm True North, executed a significant move on December 28 by divesting a 1.23% stake in Zydus Wellness. The open market transaction, involving the sale of 7.80 lakh shares, amounted to a deal size of Rs 127.30 crore, with the shares being sold at an average price of Rs 1,632 apiece.
The buyers in this transaction were Zydus Family Trust and SBI Mutual Fund, as per the block deal data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
