Anarock forecasts 30% revenue growth to Rs 575 Cr on housing demand

Anarock Property Consultants predicts its revenue will jump 30% to around Rs 575 crore this fiscal year, largely driven by resilient housing sales.

Anarock Chairman Anuj Puri stated the leading real estate services firm expects to surpass Rs 550 crore in 2023-24 revenue. Roughly Rs 400 crore will come from residential primary property sales conducted on behalf of developers.

Anarock saw all-time high housing demand in 2023 that Puri believes will continue this year barring abnormal price escalations. Beyond brokerage, consultancy services for commercial leasing, land deals and capital transactions will buoy Anarock’s rapid growth.

Last fiscal year, Anarock posted sales of Rs 440 crore. The forecasted 2023-24 performance mirrors the housing market turnaround following pandemic doldrums.

If the firm achieves its 30% revenue increase goal to Rs 575 crore, it will demonstrate Indian real estate’s comeback on the back of strong homebuyer appetite even amid economic headwinds.
